The long lost queen of ice cream.
We start it off with soaking the raisins in plenty of rum for at least 1 day. Then, small batches of ice cream base is prepped, chilled and its flavour is allowed to developed in the fridge overnight.
All the rummified goodness is then added to our churned ice cream for that perfect pairing of the classic Rum & Raisins.
Recommended eaten with a piece of moist chocolate cake.
